David Graham was invited to speak to Emma Britton on BBC Radio Somerset, 24th November, regarding the effectiveness of traffic calming measures at reducing speed. The discussion was sparked by the news story of Tim Backhouse and a 15ft, 30mph speed limit sign he has painted on the side of his house in Bow, Devon. The interview can be listened to on BBC Radio Somerset for the following six days. (David’s interview can be found 46mins into the show)

After a break over the summer due to local Governmenmt spending reviews DAGA will once again be providing contract Road Safety Audit Services for Sheffield City Council. Our Managing Director David Graham said ‘this is a welcome addition to our portfolio of regular clients and is a testiment  to our good client care and competiveness during our previous contract with Sheffield City Council’.

There were about 100 guests from a variety of suppliers to Linden Homes from Road Safety Audit such as DAGA to estate agents, marketing consultants and land procurement organisations. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and a chance to meet numerous allied professionals over canapes and drinks.

The keynote address was given by Greg Locke (Managing Director Housebuilding) Linden Homes, who is pictured left. All in all he gave a positive outlook for growth which was welcomed by all present.

Here at DAGA are philosophy towards business has always been to keep our margins as keen as possible whilst offering the client a high quality service. In recent months this has paid dividends as the company has experienced a great deal of return work from established clients.
